New range of diced dried fruits

Our shipper Özgür Tarim has built a new factory and will be able to supply diced dried fruits in combination with sultanas/raisins. The new assortment consists of 5 x 5 mm to 10 x 10 mm diced dried apricots, figs, and dates.

Our sun-ripened dried fruits have lost 80 - 90 percent of their natural water content through natural drying in the sun. The dried fruits have a longer shelf life and an even sweeter, more intense flavour than the fresh fruit. They are characterised by a pleasant soft taste in the mouth.

Chopped dried fruits are a true allrounder. They are not only suitable as a snack between meals but also excellent for baking in cakes, tarts, biscuits, gingerbread, muffins, chocolates, or in mixes such as trail mixes, mueslis and muesli bars, yogurt, and in creams or as decoration.

They provide valuable fibres and can help to achieve the recommended dietary fibre intake of at least 30 g per day. They are also full of important vital substances. They provide energy and strengthen the immune system. Dates, for example, are rich in potassium, zinc, calcium, magnesium, and iron and provide an extra portion of vitamin C.
