2018-11-26 | Again, the 2018 Iranian harvest is very small. The prices for raw materials have adjusted to Turkish price levels and have increased by 30 percent or EURO 500,00 p.mt over the last weeks, currently at EURO 2.000,00 p.mt! Logistics costs have more than doubled due to an increase in price of diesel and a lack of return freights to Iran! Trucks have to return empty handed. Shipping companies no longer call at Port Banda Abas, eliminating sea transport! Payment transactions are impossible, too. No western bank handles financial transactions. Obviously all due to US economic sanctions.
