Yesterday´s harvest expectation has caught all market partners by surprise! The new harvest is estimated at 270.000 mt. Most people expected 300.000 mt. The surplus might come in at 35.000. The export volume is 250.000 and domestic consumption accounts for 40.000 mt. The 2020 harvest and the surplus from 2019 will just cover the demand and most experts do not expect a surplus for 2021.
